I am a woman of many, to say the least.

I’m a figure-outer and a surrender-to-the-mystery kind of gal.

Life is one big paradox and I am absolutely fascinated by it.

I am devoted to meeting, transcending and alchemizing the edges of our human experience and soul evolution. I love to meet life head on.

How I got here—

  • Dropped out of college (off to a good start, huh?) because I knew it wasn’t going to take me to the heights I desired and the freedom I was seeking. I moved back to my hometown and began taking the next steps towards my personal alignment.

  • Began yoga teacher training, deepening my spiritual practice and feeling the reality of my big and wild dreams of being a transformational guide for others. I became pregnant with my son, graduated training and gave birth.

  • Completed breathwork teacher training, taught different kinds of yoga + breathwork classes and awoke my entrepreneurial spirit. Started becoming more hungry for how to actualize this life of soul alignment and making a living through serving in my purpose that I could feel was awaiting me.

  • Invested the largest sum of money I had ever invested into launching a network marketing business and moved out of my home state for the first time to tropical Florida where I right away became pregnant with my daughter. Created my very first website for myself. So many big moves!

  • Working mama, business mama, stay at home mama. Trying out so many different ways of living, working, raising children + running businesses. Began designing more websites solely through word of mouth referrals and receiving coaching and branding clients. I moved on from my network marketing biz, launched my first online course and began my NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) certification.

  • The most initiatory year of my life, moving through the deaths I didn’t realize were necessary in order for me to break through + soar through my business expansion + personal expression and alignment. Devoted to continuously expanding my capacity to hold my clients even deeper and feeling more connected to my purpose and freedom than ever. So ready to keep rising with YOU!
